Using the service

Terms and Conditions

The practical rules that help keep the website, app and course area useful and secure.

Effective and last reviewed: 30 August 2026

These terms apply when you browse SarkariUpdatesDaily, create a learner or partner account, submit a partner application, buy or access a course, or use the Android app. By continuing to use a feature, you agree to the terms that relate to it. If you do not agree, you can stop using that feature.

Independent service: SarkariUpdatesDaily is not a government website, recruiting authority or examination board. A listing on this service is information, not an appointment, selection promise or official application.

Public updates and official verification

We organise job notices, results, admit cards, answer keys, admissions, schemes and news to make them easier to read. We try to use reliable sources and correct mistakes, but notices can change after publication. Before applying, paying a government fee or relying on a date, open the linked official department website and read its current notice. The official source controls if there is a difference.

Accounts

  • Provide an email address you can access and accurate details needed for your account or order.

  • Keep your password and any temporary checkout password private. You are responsible for activity made through your account until you report unauthorised access.

  • One person should not misuse multiple accounts to bypass course access, payment or security limits.

  • If checkout creates a new account, the generated sign-in details are sent to the supplied email address. Change the temporary password after signing in.

Partner applications and permissions

A partner account is separate from a normal learner account and administrator access. Applying does not make the applicant an employee, agent or authorised representative of SarkariUpdatesDaily, and approval is not automatic.

  • Submit complete and accurate personal, address, bank and identity information, and keep the registered contact details current.

  • Upload only a photo and documents that belong to you or that you are lawfully authorised to provide. Do not submit another person's Aadhaar, bank proof or account details, altered documents, or misleading information.

  • Review the application carefully and confirm the declaration only when the information and documents are accurate. The related privacy and consent details are explained in the Privacy Policy.

  • An authorised administrator may approve, send back or reject an application, request a correction, and record a reason or review note. A submitted application does not guarantee approval or any particular permission.

  • An approved partner may use only the permissions shown in the partner account. Permissions can be added, limited or removed as operational and security needs change, and they must not be shared or used to reach administrator-only areas.

  • If the revenue programme is enabled, a new partner post or News article can receive a publishing credit only after an administrator approves and publishes it. Saving a draft, submitting content, receiving approval as a draft or editing an item does not create that credit, and revisions are not paid twice.

  • When qualified-view earnings are separately enabled, the administrator can set different post and News milestones—for example, a stated amount after a stated number of qualified views. A raw page load is not a qualified view. Minimum visible time, engagement, daily deduplication, signed-event replay protection, bot and prefetch checks, rate limits, network caps and partner/admin self-view blocking apply. Invalid or suspicious activity may be excluded, reversed or reviewed.

  • Publishing rates, qualified-view milestones, the holding period and minimum payout can change for future activity. A rule change starts a new view-rule version and does not silently rewrite an existing ledger entry. Participation does not promise a minimum income, a fixed amount of work, a particular traffic level or continuous availability of the programme.

  • A withdrawal can use only the available balance after holds and earlier requests. The partner must keep bank details accurate, review the masked account before requesting payment and report a payment concern promptly. A request may be approved, rejected or paused for a reasonable verification, correction, security or dispute review.

  • The partner is responsible for any tax, invoice or reporting obligation that applies to the partner's earnings. A completed payout is recorded with its bank transaction reference; a ledger correction or bonus is separately identified and cannot be silently deleted through the admin interface.

  • Partner access may be blocked for false information, document concerns, security risk, unauthorised activity, misuse or a breach of these terms. The administrator may unblock access after an appropriate review.

Private partner and KYC information must not be published or copied into public content. A partner remains responsible for actions taken through the partner account and should report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

Courses, payment and access

A course page describes its current price, lessons, delivery format and availability. Payment is processed through PayU. Course access is linked to the learner account associated with the successful order and is for that learner's personal use unless a course page says otherwise.

The Google Play app is a consumption-only client for digital courses. It may show the catalogue and existing access, but it does not provide PayU checkout, another alternate payment method, or a digital-course referral purchase link. Existing learners can sign in and open eligible purchased lessons. A future Play release that sells digital access inside the app must use the billing method required by Google Play at that time.

Do not copy, record, resell, publish, share login access to, or bypass controls on paid lessons, videos or downloads. Course samples and public previews may be shared only through the sharing options provided on the service.

Course affiliate links and commission

An eligible user or approved partner may create course-wise short links only while the administrator enables the programme and that course. A commission is not earned merely from a click: it is recorded only for an attributed, server-verified paid order, subject to the saved percentage or fixed-rate snapshot and any review or holding period. Self-purchases matched by account, email or mobile, known automated previews, repeat daily clicks, cancelled orders, failed payments and refunded orders do not qualify.

Do not mislead people, promise guaranteed results, send unlawful spam, use forced redirects, impersonate this service, purchase through your own link, automate traffic or conceal material course terms. Links or earnings may be paused or voided for a documented correction or suspected abuse. Payouts require the configured minimum, an eligible account and valid encrypted payment details. Automated checks reduce invalid activity but do not guarantee perfect detection or a fixed income.

Refunds and payment problems

Duplicate charges, failed payments that were debited, paid orders that did not activate, and a course withdrawn by us are reviewed using the order and payment records. A change of mind after digital course access begins does not automatically qualify for a refund. Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break security, probe private endpoints, overload the service, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, scrape protected course content, interfere with payments, artificially generate or purchase views, automate engagement, reset identifiers to obtain duplicate credits, or use the service for unlawful or deceptive activity. Automated access must respect published crawler controls and must not evade authentication, deduplication or rate limits.

Links and third-party services

Official application pages, PayU, Google Drive, social networks, advertisers and other linked services are operated independently. Their terms, availability and privacy practices apply after you open them. A link is provided for convenience and does not mean we control or guarantee the external service.

Availability and changes

We may correct content, update a course, pause a feature, remove unsafe material, perform maintenance or restrict an account involved in abuse or a payment dispute. We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be promised. Material changes to these terms will be shown by updating the review date on this page.

Responsibility

You remain responsible for checking eligibility, deadlines, fees and instructions with the official source and for protecting your account. To the extent allowed by applicable rules, SarkariUpdatesDaily is not responsible for a missed application, an external website's action, or a decision made solely from an outdated or incomplete summary. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use or deleting an account

You may stop using the service at any time. A verified deletion request can be submitted through the Delete Account page. The recovery and permanent-deletion schedule is explained there and in the Privacy Policy.

A partner application or separate partner account should be handled through the Contact and Support page. Closure or deletion is reviewed after identity verification and may not remove records that must reasonably remain for security, disputes, transactions, audits or applicable obligations.
