This page works for accounts created on the website or in the Android app. A verified request immediately starts the deletion schedule and disables normal account use.
You can recover the account during the first 30 days. After that deadline, recovery and login stop and an administrator may approve permanent deletion. If no administrator acts, cleanup runs automatically at the end of the 60-day lifecycle. Independent payment providers may retain their own records under their legal obligations.
Enter the same email/mobile and password used to sign in. Course access, profile data, sessions and personal account information will enter the deletion process.
Recovery works only before the account's recovery deadline. Successful recovery signs you in and restores normal access.
