What will be deleted
- Your profile, name, email, mobile number and profile photo.
- Login sessions, mobile access tokens and linked notification devices.
- Saved role assignments, course access and account-linked purchase records.
- Subscription record using the same account email, where present.
How the process works
- Confirm the request with your current password.
- An administrator reviews the request before the waiting period starts.
- Deletion is processed after 48 hours.
- You may cancel while the request is pending or scheduled.
