What to include
- Broken link or correction: the page address, the incorrect detail and a current official source.
- Course order: course name, order or payment reference, payment date and account email.
- Account access: the registered email or mobile number and a description of the message shown.
- Privacy request: the registered email and the action you are asking us to review.
- App problem: device model, Android version, app version and steps that reproduce the issue.
Never email a password, OTP, CVV, full card number or banking password. Support does not need those details.
Government applications and results
We cannot submit or edit a government application, issue an admit card, change a result, approve a scheme benefit or decide eligibility. For those matters, contact the department through the official website shown in the relevant notice. Support messages are not forwarded to a government authority.
Before sending an account-deletion request
Use the verified Delete Account page so the request is attached to the correct account and the recovery schedule is shown. An ordinary email alone may not be enough to verify account ownership.
